1. Which carriers do you use for shipping services?
Wizard is shipped through the U.S. Postal Service.
* Other carrier services can be arranged with additional fee.
2. What if my package is not delivered?
If orders are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address that was originally provided, we will email you and double check your address. If the mistake was due to our error, we will pay the additional postage to resend your order of Ultra Strength. If it was your error, the new postage will be at your expense. A full refund will be made for the purchase, except for shipping and handling fees.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on the distance from Los Angeles, California USA, orders should arrive between 2 – 7 days after order shipment.
4. What if I do not receive my order?
The day your order is shipped, you will be notified by email alerting you that your order has been shipped. The email will also contain all tracking information. Please call our customer service number or email us if you have not received your Ultra Strength order within 14 days after the placement of your original order.
