1. What are the terms and conditions?
Ultra Strength is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please INSURE and obtain a TRACKING number as a safeguard. Warranty covers the damage of Wizards ONLY. Ultra strength will only ship via USPS for replacements. Ultra Strength’s sole liability for any acknowledged defect(s) shall be the replacement of the product in question. Customer bears the cost of sending the defective product(s) to Ultra Strength, plus any expedited fees, and Ultra Strength will bear the cost of shipping the replacement product(s) to customer. Warranty does not include or offer refunds, credits or upgrades. Replacements are processed upon product availability. Ultra strength shall NOT be liable under ANY circumstances for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. If a suitable replacement is not available within 30 days from the receipt of your returned product, Ultra Strength or the authorized reseller will issue a refund.
