1. Do you have warranty on your product?

Yes,
Wizards carry a one-year warranty. In addition, we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

Always contact Ultra Strength USA first to verify that the given guarantee or warranty applies and to obtain the authorization number
within 30 days of the receipt date.


All returned Wizards must be in the original packaging with the authorization number clearly printed on the outside of the package.


We cannot accept returns that have not been authorized by us.

2. What are the replacement procedures?

Please call or email our customer service department and we will send you by email a form that needs to be completed, indicating the items you’re returning and why you’re returning the specific Ultra Strength products to us.  All items must be returned to our address within 30 DAYS of the order date.  The item(s) must be sent with its original packaging in good condition and with a completed form, as well as a copy of the original invoice.  Ultra Strength reserves the right to refuse any return claim orders.  The decision will be at the sole discretion of Ultra Strength and will be decided when the product is received by Ultra Strength. Once items are accepted and approved for refund, allow up to 21 days to receive a refund check in the mail.  Return shipping shall be paid by the customer.
